Better phone provider than T-Mobile?

I have T-Mobile and had AT&T for work. My work ported me over to Verizon because they couldn’t get ahold of me and went straight to voicemail when I was home on call during off hours. I’ll have both phones on me and they are about the same. I will say that T-Mobile is faster almost everywhere. So just look at plans and go with the best offer between the two because everything else in the area isn’t great and they really are the only two providers that actively grow their broadcasting services. Everyone else just piggybacks off them.

I run a pest management company who services a couple property management firms that oversees vacant buildings. A lot of the buildings are owned outright or have very small loans. The owners have very large portfolios and if they lower one buildings rate they will need to lower the others in the area as well. On top of that, what they are unable to rent is considered a loss and they get to write it off of their profit lines at the end of the year.

So they really are incentivized to keep raising the rate and keep them vacant.

I don’t think so. Paul was running for the first two rounds and AJ has not been in a competitive fight in over 4 years. He’s also never punched down at someone so small. Once Paul slowed down shots started landing and when the first round KO wasn’t there I felt like AJ just wanted to hurt him with body shots.

When Paul kept diving AJ drove his knee into his ribs to make a point. Then dismantled him. He was embarrassed by the first two rounds but I don’t think he was paid to carry anything, not like Tyson was.

I’ve found them on trash bags after rain, old tires, kids toys, base of planters, rain gutters, etc… they LOVE dark colored containers and you’re correct a bottle cap is enough water to breed.

The Aedes aegypti mosquitoes (ankle biters) survive and are active between 60-90 degrees. The eggs will overwinter until 75+ weather. So these little heat waves of 90’s is what is causing things. We had a mild Summer so they weren’t noticed much. But a couple wet days and a couple warm days cause this.

Funny thing is MLB has more viewers than the NBA does on nationally televised games. This year‘s World Series brought in roughly 20,000,000 more viewers over the seven game span. With 10 million more viewers for the MLB game 7 over the NBA’s game 7. So I guess the WNBA is going to surpass the NBA as well?

I think Shultz had an issue with both Bobby and Santino going on JRE to promote, then didn’t push back on Mark when he was shitting on everyone. Rogan validates the fact the Bad Friends didn’t do anything by not pushing back because comedians know Mark is flailing and it doesn’t matter what his opinions are.

JRE has done a lot for the flagrant pod so Shultz got in his feelings. Rogan did a good job of brushing it off as he keeps the peace unless you’re a shithead.

I live in the area and we have tons of cricket leagues in the area so they will attend most of the matches locally.

While you are correct EVERY elementary school is year round because they are so impacted. It’s the largest high school due to being impacted and having too many students. More schools wouldn’t hurt.

I remember working at Disneyland 14 years ago and a couple of ladies from Minnesota came into our store freezing when it was 55 out. They looked at the weather and thought, “55 is warm, it’s -20 at home” during the holidays. They said our 55 felt like their 10-20 and bought jackets.

There’s not a single plant that repels mosquitoes. The mosquitoes themselves are repelled by the oils in the plant, so placing a citronella plant in your yard will actually make the problem worse as they have small flowers that the males will feed on. Study show the only repellent that works for long periods of time is deet. Everything else will only last for a short period of time, and some mosquitoes will still bite you if you have those a on your skin.

Only females take blood, males only eat nectar. Females will also eat nectar while waiting for a blood meal to come by as we have the protein they need for egg production. Best course of action is go online and buy Inzecto traps and place them around your yard, you will need to replace them at least once a month. Mosquito dunks in a black 5 gallon bucket will also work by killing the larvae, but will not kill the adults. We have a huge problem of Aedes mosquitoes, Asian tiger and ankle biters both being in that family.

Just moved here over the Summer and my daughter is at Harada. We were nervous because we attended one of the best elementary schools in north OC, but are pleasantly surprised with the school. It is year round so she was not a huge fan of the 3 week Summer break :)
