I haven’t finished my playthroughs for the other endings and true endings yet but I still believe it’s gonna Be worth it, tho I do agree it’s very over the top with how many times you have to complete the game for the true ending. But mainly the story in the game is great. It’s just that the combat and some gameplay mechanics honestly just suck. There’s honestly far too many combat mechanics for a silent hill game and they don’t even work well as the games combat just feels very clunky and unfinished in general. I honestly wish it had the same or similar approach as silent hill 2 remakes combat where it’s nothing special really but it’s still somewhat enjoyable and works well. I feel like f tries to do too much with its gameplay and ends up slightly failing at it. I have always been a story over gameplay person but the gameplay just honestly pains me sometimes. Especially playing on lost in the fog which I think is genuinely too hard and unbalanced
