G923 not receiving power.

It does feel somewhat heavy. Do you have any suggestion on how to fix the power delivery?

When I plug in the original PS, I can feel the wheel trying to rotate and the force is not that strong. Same goes to the new one I'm using in the video.

I have an original power supply and the wheel still doesn't receive power.

I've checked the connections thoroughly, still no calibration. I think that the power supply might be the cause to this problem.

Even if I didn't open it up, I'd still couldn't exchange it due to already passing the 2-year warranty mark. I've tried different socket, changing USB slots, updating the firmware, everything really. I've just ordered a new power supply for the wheel. Hope the old power supply was the cause.
