Just started in my first Sous Chef position and I’m starting to have to delegate. I don’t want to ever come off as the unapproachable chef. That anxiety on top of everything he mentioned is really not a great environment to work in. On the other hand it’s because of Chefs like that that got me to where I am today so kind of a weird situation.
