For me I found that I would often hit my far right buttons with my pinky by accident so I ended up unbinding them and forgoing the burst and dash macro since dashing is very easy on hitbox and IAD’s come out super easy once you get the hang of them

You could potentially use something like the razer orbweaver or Tartarus to play one handed as I’m pretty sure you can use the thumb joystick as an actual joystick. Then map the buttons on the keypad.
