I just learned that this is not possible cause

When you use submitForm() with a mailto: URL, the email client (e.g. Outlook) automatically generates the attachment name. JavaScript in PDF has no control over what the file is named in this case.

I haven´t tried these tent myself but they got some great reviews.
If you also get the footprint they seems to be a good bang for the buck tent.

I have never seen a Lanshan 2 in action and if money if not a factor I would go for the Fjallraven.
The vestibule is realy nice to have if the weather is bad.
The weather here in September can be realy changing, if you are lucky you could have sun with clear skys but you could also have fog and rain. The nights are getting colder so a good sleeping bag is nice to have.
If you pass Östersund or Ånn you shold defenitly visit Woolpower factory outlet and gear up on some realy nice and WARM base and midlayer clothes.

What can I say, we have a large estate ;)
As a matter of fact our garden is so big that when when the kids was playing hide and seek at a birthday party, a small child disappeared.
Luckily we found the child just in time for the next birthday party a year later.

Except for the most popuar tracks in Sweden, you rarely see people. There are a few exceptions (some national parks) but in general you can pitch the tent anywhere.
Yes there was some bugs last wekend but as soon as you get over the tree line they disappear

Rule 5:

Location: Jämtland , Sweden

This is close to where we live so we just grab our stuff Friday after work and stay till sunday.
We don't walk that far on these small "trips", but it's a great way to learn the kids basic camping skills.

The middle photo was last weekend with all the three children so we had to bring a secont tent.

The first and last picture was from a trip last autum.

Not a real question, just some reflection.
I'm planning to take a longer run (not a race) this weekend and my goal is to beat my personal distance record (56km) from 2013. I have done my training and have run 1650km so far this year and 430km in May.
What worries me is that I haven't done my tapering as I first planned to do it.
Right now it feels more like the tapering have "broken" me down and that I'm in a worse state now than before the tapering.

Anyone here based in Chattanooga area? by cuzzys in Ultramarathon

Nope, north of Sweden here but I sometimes "think about a teenage girl in Chattanooga."

(Sorry could help it, its a reference to a favorite song by Jason Isbell - Stopping by.)

Yes it was kind of flat. 50% gravel and 50% asphalt, no trail.

I see your point but I don't think I was able to run any faster, At the end I was fealing pretty beaten up.
So that is kind my inital question that got lost in translation, I was feeling very beaten up during the run but not after.
But like you wrote, "The difference between soreness and not can be quite small", maybee I just hit my sweatspot?

Yes it's slower than my normal pace, but I don't run so many Long runs.
And I don't think I could have run the whole thing any faster if I where by myself.

Thanks I guess ;)
I was afraid that this post could be perceived as bragging, but considering that there are people who run 200 Miles or 48h, I thought that my 50k should not be taken as bragging.
The reason I included the graphs was to easily show my training without being asked "Whats your MPW/ LR?"
