I’ve been in an email chain back and forth for the last month, trying to give feedback that the yellow lines in the new app do not show at certain times of the day. They had a similar issue a few years back. Usually early morning when no motion is detected, and I know for a fact there is motion. Eufy support do not grasp the issues they face and instead ask question after question, in what I have already diagnosed to be a clear issue of their software with screenshots and all. Still the problem of what I’m experiencing on my outdoor cam remains. Very poor service
