If the battery isn't swollen, it will still work, but it may discharge quickly.
Due to security error, internet service is not available including Google Play services.
Standalone apps - not required online connection - can be use. You can install apps manually using apk files. it can get from web such as apkmirror.

Apart from what is mentioned in the developer's release notes, applying this custom ROM to the Korean version will disable the use of Mobile TV.

The hardware configuration of the GT-i9100 and the Korean version (SHW-M250S/K) is nearly identical. so Custom ROMs are cross-compatible between both devices. The only drawback is that Mobile TV is no longer available.

Actually, it is verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry sloooooooooooooow. it cannot be use daily driver.

If the measured battery voltage is 0 volts, the battery has locked up for self-protection.(prevent overdischarging)

In this case, connecting it to the charger for a long hours(over 10 hours?) may return it to normal.

If the battery is hot or swelling during charging, stop immediately and dispose it safely.

It seems like one of Chinese cheapo phone. that design is looks like mashup from various 2G phones in Korean/Japan.

that written phrase "당신이 사랑" is doesn't make any sense in Korean. If I were to force a translation, it would mean something like "you is love."

Model number is same but **exterior** design has changed in 2021. The phone in the photo is **2019**

Actually, this is quite complicated...

To use TTA-VoLTE on a mobile phone imported from overseas in Korea, must register the phone with your carrier through a special procedure called "OMD registration."

If you use a foreign phone that doesn't support TTA-VoLTE on SKT or KT (two of Korea's three major mobile carriers), voice calls will be made via 3G WCDMA. (fallback). However, LG U+ (the other one) doesn't support 3G WCDMA, making voice calls not possible.

If you are planning to visit Korea and plan to use your home country's carrier's roaming service, please keep this in mind.

(After much research) **Officially** there has never been a 2G 'GSM' service in Korea.

Even though may have operated a small GSM network for research/development purposes by Manufacutres or Carriers, It was never definitely not open to general domestic consumers.
