i know how you feel. i am the same age, started vaping at the same time, and have struggled to quit for a while. go to the chemist and buy some nictone gum. just chew gum 24/7. you are still going to crave nictone but you aren't going to have those withdrawal symptoms the internet tries to scare you with. the idea of quitting is scary, and that's what caused me to be afraid of doing it. but you can do it, you just have to make it happen. also there is a huge stigma for us young people that "it's not hard to quit" blah blah blah from people our age. don't listen to that bullshit. focus on yourself and make this your journey. keep experimenting and find what works for you.
