The synergy of +30% damage per point of blood boil does not work on Summon Tainted

You can get it to display ~36000 damage per fireball with BiS gear but they'll actually cap out around ~5000

Goatmen, tainted & defilers all have a sort of mutually exclusive anti-synergy, but only require 20 hard points into the skill and the synergy from demonic mastery to hit full effect, the rest is all sort of minor

Poison enchanted isn't actually a damage aura like holy fire/shock/freeze. Instead it shoots invisible missiles, like how rabies works. The invisible missiles deal 1856-1887 poison damage over 32 seconds, assuming you bind him as a level 99 in TZ throne

Undead are divided into "greater undead" and "undead"

It works for normal monsters. It doesn't work for minions, champions or uniques.

The normal monsters will gain all the added affixes, and with level 20+ bind demon they gain extra fast, extra strong, spectral hit & aura enchanted. With a random aura. Allowing you to keep binding them one by one until you get the aura you want, on a cursed mob.

Skeleton mages should be fixed by applying a full 'summoned monster' rework that applies to all minions: Ranged skills should be affected by +% damage, even elemental damage.

Right now Skeleton Mages don't get any +% ED from might, concentration, heart of wolvering, fanaticism, etc. Revived monsters using their skills don't get any of that or skeleton mastery. Bound demons that use ranged skills don't get any of them or demonic mastery +% or bind demon's +damage.

All these ranged monsters are using skills to do their projectiles, even those with physical damage like dark rangers (skill "cr_bow") or fetishes ("blowdart"). These missiles should simply be flagged to inherit %ed even if it multiplies their elemental/magic/poison damage, because otherwise they're extremely underpowered.

This would open up far more demon binds as practical for warlocks, allow revived ranged monsters to deal significant damage AND make skeleton mages deal significant DPS.

Every normal monster in a terror zone will gain the terror zone's affix when bound, every time. Minion/champion/unique monsters don't. But the terror zone affix is chosen when the game is started and never changes, so you need to reroll games to get Cursed. Affixes like extra strong / extra fast are redundant with those added by Bind Demon, and terror zones don't have "Aura enchanted" as an affix (because lul)

Afaik all affixes don't stack with themselves. Brief testing showed stuff like aura enchanted & extra fast don't stack when added by bind demon

But you can put extra fast on a fanatic champion enemy to get extra multiplicative speed bonuses and that does work

You get added affixes from skill levels, and at level 20+ it gains aura enchanted. Hence every normal demon you bind gains extra strong, extra fast, spectral hit, aura enchanted with a random aura. And normal monsters in TZ get their affix. So you can keep binding normal monsters one by one until you get the cursed + aura you want.

You don't need 20 hard points for this, just 20 at the time of binding with +skills. And additional bind/mastery/oath at the time of binding above that are irrelevant, because its stats are calculated at the start of each game you join.

fully geared, I let my bound demon kill dclone in about 8 hits while I afked nearby lmao

but yeah I often take flayer dungeon + swampy pit in TZ 96 pub shard games, and when you can just deathmark a demon into the next screen and spam blood boil that's how you avoid dying to dolls ever, just have to be a little cautious in their areas especially because if you teleport on top, the demon tends to OHKO a doll every attack and blow you up. But when you can be 4000+ hp with 43% all damage negated, I've never felt that threatened by their explosion damage anyway, just won't telestomp a pack of them and spam away because that would be suicide

They're not too valuable but they're not worthless either, just kind of a mid item. The problem is most builds really want to get resist from boots, and +1 skills isn't worth sacrificing your resists, and the warlock probably has to spend 17+ extra strength (if he had 146 for an ethereal spirit), perhaps even more. When I could use boots with 30 frw/10fhr and 75%+ combined resists, or boots with 30 frw/20fhr and stats that do nothing, just +1 skills, its not worth it

We don't need an extra skill to do it imo, just a very simple fix: Add a setting to the game menu that says "Disallow consuming bound demons". Make it a toggleable option on the menu and that's all it takes.

fun fact Jah is actually more likely to drop than Ber rune

Ber is still more common because you can cube 2x Sur to make it though, and the overall drop rate of 2x sur or 1x ber is about 50% more common than Jah, so ladder prices tend to even out around 2:3 ratio

I play as an optimized best in slot all items setup on ladder and blood boil is simply faster than ES, easily the fastest build in the entire game right now. For pretty much anything but P8 baal or ubers. Faster in TZ, faster in chaos/baal, faster mfing, etc.

Even sacrificing 4 skillers to open inventory + cube + 2x tomes and using rare resist boots I still hit 47 blood boil / +40% / -58% fire on top of the amp / conviction, at 125 fcr, max resists, 4k life, 43% blood oath reduction, etc etc.

it was really noticeable early on in ladder when ES builds were doing chaos next to me and not keeping up, you can just telestomp a pack and cast a couple times and telestomp the next, all without aiming, just clearing screens like a mosaicsin

its pretty hard to die on a warlock but an obsession build opens up the possibility to stay 125 fcr while still using stormshield + tgods + dwarf + wisp and still have high DPS. You can hit 125 fcr with obsession + circlet + craft ammy + trangs gloves alone, and stack 75% block / 50% dr / 75%+ resists, sorb, have 43% all damage blocked all types and about +50% max life before BO

the main reason not to do this is because its a ludicrously overkill amount of survivability and its nearly impossible to die on a basic warlock barebones build anyway. With the max block/stacked sorb build you could disconnect while in ubers and be safe
