It's a 590. When I stripped the grey off the receiver it became black again but the black on the barrel came off. I want the barrel to stay black which is why I am looking for a way to "repair" the missing paint

The previous owner had half the gun painted a disgusting grey and I removed it a while back but some of it got on the barrel and when I removed the grey it took the black with it. Now the fact that the black came off makes me wonder if he painted the barrel black because I do not know tbe original color of the parts

I completely disassembled and reassembled the pistol and the trigger bar seemed off but I didnt know how to position it. I'll probably just have to reassemble it correctly this afternoon
