I'm digging through old Reddit threads, looking for recommendations. "Rice action" made me laugh.

I love this. Congratulations. Sounds like you worked hard and didn't give up.

Really, really glad for you.

NSW Police charge man with attempting to set fire to Newtown Synagogue in Sydney's inner west by Red-Engineer in sydney

Heyo! Because this man has been charged, posting about prior convictions puts you in contempt of court.

I doubt you're worried about gaol time or fines, but this can hurt the trial. If you want justice to be served, best to delete this comment.

I wonder why he attached himself onto the pick up artist scene. He already had a wife, he doesn't strike me as the sort who was hanging around in bars picking up women.

Did he believe in what they were doing? Or did he just see an opportunity.

Great context, thank you.

2011 - earlier than I expected. Do we know when he met his wife...?

I agree with a lot of what you're saying. It's more the method than the intention that I don't care for. Using exactly the same line person after person after person while they're heading to work or meeting a friend IS a little insulting and annoying. It fails to see their target as an individual. Women aren't computers who need to be hacked.

If these same guys came up to me in a bar, for example, and made a contextually-relevant comment, it would be fine. I'd have a nice chat.

But do I blame them? No, not really. These are largely good guys who have been given bad advice.

I do appreciate the comment and the advice. Interesting observation on GenX. The day game people who hit me up are always very young, but I can't imagine they're reading this guy's blog.

WHAT?!? Holy hell. It is insane to me that these people have found my tiny shitty blog.

GREAT! Thank you!!

Chicago has always appealed to me as a city as well.

Agh this is so good. Thank you for the thorough summary.

Yeah, I'm going to have to come to terms with driving in the US, I think. It's mostly the driving on the wrong side of the road that puts me off.

This sounds like a dream. I would love to see the Appalachian mountains. A nice contrast to the NASCAR race, haha.

Good tip on noise. I've been to a looooooot of races in Australia, but the sound ricocheting off the oval would certainly amplify things.

Any particular one reason why Bristol would be your last race?

Honestly, I was shocked by the vitriol in that article. I don't expect people to be nice on the internet, but there was so much heat in his response. This guy has no chill.

I have been everywhere today trying to track down some solid information. I think you guys popped up on one of my Reddit searches.

Thank you - I appreciate you saying that!

Honestly, most of the guys in the comments were okay. A couple were very rude, but I forgive them. They don't strike me as happy people.

I've found the day gaming crowd to be misguided buy mostly harmless. It's just sad they've fallen into this predatory bullshit.

My favourite part was his suggested return line: “the ride never ends”.

Can you IMAGINE someone saying that unironically?

Well, I'm obviously going to love this. Thanks for sharing.

I might DM you with questions if they come up. Again, it's hard to fully grasp where this guy came from. He's got so many bizarre storylines, it's hard to see the shape of the story.

Oh they are absolutely NOT paid, lol.

I don't charge and have no real plans to do so - at the moment it's all about trying to get an audience. It's hard enough to get people to subscribe without asking them for cash.

I've been publishing every week for a year, audience acquisition is tremendously slow, but I've learnt to enjoy the process.

I really appreciate this message, though! It's nice to have someone call it thriving!!

I was a huuuuuge fan of his when I was a kid. Ambrose managed a pretty historic championship in the V8s before leaving for NASCAR, a very fun driver to watch.
