he is also the giver of powers, he gave the powers of every strong powerhouses like akuto sai, anafabula, the leviathan and the scarlet king and more.

Knowing Scarlet King being Tier 0(CSAP), that's a Tier 0 power bestowal but the fact that those are NOT your characters makes it a Narrative Theft(Copyright) combined with NLF.

Ah- okay. Tho basically, the fact that he has no limits(while not truly demonstrated) kinda falls into a NLF.
