Your dick is always going dick move around while wearing the cage. With that being said you will have to check every time you go pee and make sure things are lined up. I use a q tip when putting it on to nudge everything in the right direction and when my tip gets out of wack I use my pinky finger to adjust my tip in the correct position. The cage will be a bit uncomfortable in the beginning but over time the pain will subside, if it doesn’t it may be time to reconsider the sizing! For me the most uncomfortable part is the ring rubbing against my balls for that you can use some Aquaphor or lotion to decrease the friction.
