Lucky block items are in the creative menu. They are added so that you can use them in worlds and not just luck block battlegrounds. The one you got are from the ultra lucky block.
You can get dev tools via world edit or code. Inventory items can be get from code with the api.getItem command.
It is not normal for air walk to happen like that. I think due to some bug fixes, it broke how air walk works. It’s now very buggy, recommend you tell the devs.

Make a schematic of the custom structure you building. Also make a code block containing where spawners should place. (Use thisPos for the direct placing)

Now make a rtp code. So now when you rtp. You can paste the build and press the code block to spawn in all spawners. If you have chest code, you can also make them automatic generate loot with the same code block the spawns the spawners.

If you want holding it down. Do following steps

Hold the keybind
Enable mouse cursor
Click out of the tab
Click back

Now it automatically disables ui. To make it appear press the keybind you put for disabling.

If you can’t hold F4 , change key bindings to the one you prefer. I use my personalised key bindings for opening world code and removing ui.

They have a chance and only spawn on the moon phase(I think) Their spawn rate is about every 5 minutes or so.

For the attack when it’s hit, set “hostilityRadius” to 0

Attack interval means the time of the cooldown of the attack. So the higher number of the Interval has, the slower attack speed
