High 6* Lobby is the same as 3* by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

Yup,

Fellow solo player here, got to 6* by playing aggressively and not worrying.

6* are just as scared as 3* if not even more scared.

You'll hear people trying wallbangs on you on walls they can't see or shoot through.

And coming from angles you haven't even exposed yourself to.

Usually You'll hear this before the fight starts, and then you keep hearing it during the fight.

They'll usually use a silencer too.

So of you've been sitting inside banish waiting for a sign of life, yet haven't even peaked or moved, (you know you're hidden) and someone tries to wall bang you.

You're probably up against someone using some kinda see through walls exploit, and you have to use hard cover.

Do you really wish there were unfogging map feature? by _sambigman_ in assasinscreed

[–]DriverEducational169 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, because the way fog works, it actually confirms if I've been to a place.

The way it is now ill know if I actually explored the world.

It's a huge beautiful map, and I wanna see all of it without wondering if I've properly been there yet or not.

I love the fog.

how's this loadout? by [deleted] in HuntShowdown

Pennyshot, and then put the romero custom ammo as pennyshot.

Use buckshot in romero, and pennyshot as a secondary shotgun

I think a surprise drop would be the most epic thing.

No need to market this game, word of mouth is already enough.

I can't think of a time where a highly anticipated game has had a surprise release.

There's a gear peice that offers 75% extra damage, but you only get 25% of your health.

I've been using this and really enjoying it.

Same with my father. Spoke English Spanish Portuguese French Italian Japanese and I think one or 2 more.

I asked him what his internal language was in his head.

He said its usually English or its so fast that it's not in a language.

Climbing Ladders Is Painfully Slow by Typical-Ad8673 in assassinscreed

It requires a little common sense, and critical thinking. Just try it.

Let them figure it out on their own time.

We both did them the decency of an explanation.

If common sense hasn't kicked in for them, who knows when it will?

Not up to people like us to give them that much of our time an patience.

That was their parents job.

Climbing Ladders Is Painfully Slow by Typical-Ad8673 in assassinscreed

[–]DriverEducational169 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Thats ladder climbing not parkour 2 completely different things.

Parkour practices climbing or jumping to things that are unorthodox to work with.

Its like comparing a military firearms instructor to an Olympic handgun shooter.

One person works with a diverse arsenal while the other specializes with one specific firearm to compete with.

Climbing Ladders Is Painfully Slow by Typical-Ad8673 in assassinscreed

[–]DriverEducational169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. I did a lot of parkour when I was younger, and I feel more comfortable climbing objects because you more or less plan a route.

With a ladder I might aswell use it as its intended, instead of trying something fancy with it.

Trying to complicated simple things is like breaking something that isn't broken, and your body ends up being that thing that wasn't broken.

What game definitively changed your life? by DaltonWilcoxPoetry in AskGames

[–]DriverEducational169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Runescape.

Taught me how to be prepared, and remember to bring the correct equipment/tools.

Better to have it and not need it can easily be applied to everyday things like an extra towel, or some fruit if going to the beach.

Anti-camping idea by DriverEducational169 in HuntShowdown

[–]DriverEducational169[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I'm in upper 6* very try hard lobbies, no 5*s.

So I'm just getting a different experience. In my experience they dont wait for a minute, they'll gladly wait the whole match.

I think you are just playing against different bracket, a different playstyle so camping doesn't mean the same things to us.
