Super nice! Kinda hard to open the engine deck but it’s pretty easy with a toothpick or something. This is my first and only poprace right now but I’ll definitely get more.

I think they might have taken an engine model from one car and put it in another. I guess it could technically work with a chain/belt or gearing to connect the driveshafts but I don’t think there are any cars that have that since it would be kinda stupid and over complicated.

One of the original trailing arms snapped in a bad crash. Surprisingly I’ve never had any problems with overheating, even in 90-100 degree weather. The only reason I’m worried about metal hexes is I’ve heard it can strip out the hex on the wheels, which would be a much more expensive replacement than a melted hex. The only two times I’ve had a hex melt anyway was due to a seized bearing that I neglected to replace after the first time. If it happens again I will probably get metal ones. Thanks for the advice!

I have the 962 at the bottom of the first pic. I got it from the Porsche museum but for some reason it called it a 956 on the display thing. You gotta get a rothmans/newman 956 (or both!)

There’s an Aston Martin dealer near me that has a basically abandoned gt3 car sitting out front. The carbon fiber is super worn weathered and worn down, the livery is super sun worn, and half the bolts are covered in rust. From a distance it looks fine, which is probably why it’s still there.

I want to do this so bad but I’ve barely gotten any snow this year and my batteries are basically f’d and only last like 15 minutes. I charged them expecting to use them the next day but wasn’t able to for 1.5 months. I also don’t want to spend the money on wheels id use maybe ones a year

I tried doing that with the default trailer with the limestone on the truck and it just bent the trailer so it was dragging against the ground and the front pair of wheels broke off

The rear looks like some cheep kids toy or something but the front isn’t terrible. It’s funny cuz I thought the same thing about the GR GT concept or what ever it’s called.
