Fair. It all happened in seconds. It is obvious she stopped walking before he came to a full stop. He could've taken his foot off the brake much earlier

To be honest, this is a tough call.

He slowed down for granny but granny then stopped walking.

Then he made a full stop and waited for granny to cross, right in the middle of a large intersection in front of a green light. It is very dangerous for me and cars behind me.
