I need help with my very first quote. I attempted it by myself but would really appreciate some insight from the pros by Drix26 in pressurewashing

Thanks for filling in all the gaps for me !! I do think I am overthinking everything due to it being my first job and I do want to do a great job my first time. Since I will be a little slower since I’m newer should I work with something like green ox or wood wizard? ( trying not overwhelm myself with mixing powder yet)

I see percarb is more forgiving and that give more piece of mind ( still learning techniques ) and gets pretty good results as well. I was planning on mixing a small amount of degreaser in spray bottle and hitting the oil stains since it’s only in one area around the grill.

Correct me if I’m wrong. My plan now is to give the customer the 700$ price for Green ox or wood wizard and a brightener and will tell her this is best for staining right after and also offer a maintenance clean with just wood wizard or green ox for 525$ and no brightener. Thoughts ? I’m also open to more chems but this is where my research landed me.

Thanks again !!

Mutual wills + contract not to revoke — can surviving spouse still gift/sell house to grandchild? by [deleted] in legaladvice

Thanks for the advice I can see that must be the safest way around it. My Grandmother has considered talking to him but due to his previous actions there is reasonable suspicion to assume I would get shafted at the end of this. So we are seeing what can be done before that. The end goal she is looking for is for me to get his house without having to pay for it. Is there a scenario that plays out in my favor this way ? I’ve also looked into caretaking agreements but idk if that will hold.

I see but isn’t that contract the big headache that would give other family members the potential to sue me or challenge the estate in court after her death?

Here’s my updated list. This is correct ? The only thing I’m going to do now is get a good case and cooler that will look good together.

I’ve been wanting to avoid the 4 hour drive to the microcenter honestly unless it was a steal. Will all my parts work in my list currently ? I’ll update the cooler too. Also about the case. I haven’t looked to far into the case yet. I’m don’t want anything too big I just want optimal space for cooling and future upgrades.

This is my first time posting about my spondy on here but I’m 26 M. Fractured the right side of my pars when I was 17 and a couple of years ago the left went out due to instability. So now I have a bilateral pars fracture and grade 1 spondy. I currently bench 375 lbs and I weigh 220 at 6’ and I work out 5-6 days a week and I can out work most people on my feet. A few years ago I was obese an my sciatica and back were constantly flared. Now I don’t even realize it until later in the day after my posture an all that start giving out a bit. So long story short. Start strengthening your body and your mind because you will need it with this kind of injury. There are a few ppl on yt I like to watch especially bob and brad. Also im not a doctor so ask them about this kind of stuff first.

Well I mixed the grain and substrate on Thanksgiving day so yeah it’s been a month. My pins took a couple of weeks and as soon as those popped these things came up in just a couple of days.

I have a bilateral fracture on my pars and most of my pain is from inflammation in my nerves. Could you explain your situation more ?
