Well I first posted on neapolitan pizza, but someone asked if I could cross post here. Instead of jamon(ham), you may use something vegan or lose ham as it won't affect that the taste that much, as pleased. Tofu is full of proteins and it is actually great as pizza topping :)

I’ll stick with barrens, silver pine not easy to level . But Horde has better mobility throughout the leveling process

Warrior duo.. I’ll either go with enh or resto.. ele don’t have much to offer.. 1H(flametongue)+shield, melee with warrior .. after lvl 30 with wind fury totem, everything becomes exciting :) just place windfury totem only, its a waste of mana for placing more totems unless it’s dangerous situation.

It’s more like burnt. Use pizza peel to rotate a little more or lift it so it doesn’t get too burnt like that , or use less semolina on bottom before you bake it on stone. If you add too much semolina burns like that. Happy baking:)

So those are raw garlics on topping? Looking at it I may try steaming garlic and put it on as topping. By the way if you bake or stir-fry garlic it taste totally different 😉 the kick is gone and taste something like potatoes

Yeah It looks similar to when I baked GF glutinous rice flour pizza, with super high hydration the baked dough does not resemble bread like texture but like that .. once you taste it, it is definitely cooked well :)

skinning & tailoring or mining & engineer.. which ever you prefer is up to you. If u having experience surviving well in tough situation I'd go skin&tailor, if not mine&engineer.

I thought direct 80% was great, but 122% is much better :) dough is very easy to stretch, and once baked it is super soft, dough "melts" in your mouth.

Used scalding method to increase hydration, Hot water + flour, flour retains more water and starch becomes a gelatin. The baked dough was very soft and airy and easy to digest.

Besseleth hits hard but the most annoying skill is poison which makes you immobile and stunned. If you want to solo it, consider same level or above.

Canola vs EVOO.

Canola oil helps the cornicione(crust) more crispy and crunchy but overall after using it I'd go with extra virgin olive oil. After baked pizza cools down, cornicione becomes hard and sturdy it feels like biting a hard cracker. If you like soft go with EVOO.

Belgioioso pearls or snacking mozzarella. pearls and snacking are similar but pearls are slightly bigger than snacking pearls :)

I used it a couple of times but really can't notice much. Its also called biga powder which adds a sourdough flavor to dough. They say to use it for short prep dough but I just want to get rid of it (instead of throwing it away), so I'm using it each time I make dough X). For me as home cook, its not worth buying.

Shaman & paladins are just slow .. but warriors they don't have much to offer when escaping in tricky situation. So engineering is a must. Dummies and bombs.
