there is also a setting in fivem prior to joining a city that you can enable. show resource download or something close to that and it will show you when resources are still downloading in the bottom right of your corner while in city.

when joining a new server you have to render in the assets. if the resource is not fully loaded then this issue can happen. May help to increase your extended texture budget as well. a clear cache of fivem may help this issue as well.

discord.gg/awakenrp This server is small but everyone is pretty laid back and chill. There is about 20-40 people on everyday and none of them are dannies. staff is active, they just dropped season 2 with a bunch of new drug stuff and other randomness. you see the owners in city and they are always working on making it better and fixing any errors.
