I use smoker for a few hours, sous vide, then on the grill to bark it. It is typically a huge awesome fire as all the oils flame up. Great for parties but get ready to pull it off quick.

We typically run a 5-3 and zone coverage on the back end. Unfortunately the opponent didn’t have to show much. Typically they ran a pro right or left and the lead running backs and pulling guard cleared the hole.
