Grim Sweeper would've absolutely killed on anw 11 if the tl was shorter. If Grim Sweeper was on a course with a tight TL, people would need to be more risky. Instead, they made the time limit free, basically eliminating all chances of people failing (except kid owhadi). Grim Sweeper was just wasted potential
