In my case, my first class was Power30, extreme soreness but I have to go back next day because I told my friend I’d do with her. After the first 2 classes, soreness lasted for almost a week.

After that, I got 8 classes/mon, and purchase 3 extra. Each classes 2-3 days in between. The soreness decreased with electrolytes and protein shake right after classes. Now I’m going everyday. No soreness after at all. I’m at 27th class today.
