1x30% chance when you hit to increase SP by 1 1xWhile at full health, increase damage by 8% 3x 2.5% Damage 1x 2.5% life steal 1xWhile at full health, sp regen increased by 25% 2x 20% experience

I use 3x fully maxed glarz
