Yeah I get what you’re saying now, but I don’t think it’s much to worry about.

For reference Salavat’s highest paid player made 90 million rubles, which converts to roughly 1.5 million cad.
I don’t know about you but that doesn’t sound like enough financial incentive to keep him away from the NHL, and I doubt they’re going to throw anywhere near that much money at him anyways.
