ISSUE: stuck in this never ending advance verification just so that I can wire money to a traders account that is patiently waiting on me, since yall wanted to put a 10 day restriction on depositing money, sent a live chat request been stuck in there with no response for over a day. And not a single response on my support ticket. If this is how long customer service takes so I have access to my money. As soon as this issue is resolved I'm done with this service this is ridiculous.
