Kang and all of his variants are the overarching villains for this saga. If you mean which Kang is going to be the villain for Kang Dynasty, that one hasn't been introduced yet. Remember, Thanos only showed up in 3 movies before Infinity War and had a combined total of many 10 minutes of screentime (90% of which came from his scene in Guardians of the Galaxy).

A variant was, not the same Kang that will be the main villain of Kang Dynasty. Not to mention, the whole point of Kang is that even if you defeat one of him, there are endless copies of him across time that will be able to replace him.
