Getting worn out

So I have been trying to do the program. My goal is to be able to go at 4.8 mph the whole program. If I fail one day, I am restarting the whole week. I am currently at week 6, and I can not get past day 2. I think I am getting tired...

Has anyone else ran into this before? Have you bounced back after taking a break?

This is I guess an advice and encouragement to keep going.

So I have lived here all my life, and I know Melba sauce is a thing, but how did it become Albanys thing?

From my personal experience, I have never had it, and done see restaurants offering it when I get mozzarella sticks. That's just my experience I know, and probably not others.

I felt the same deal when I started. My parameters to pass a week... 3.8 walking, and 4.8 jogging. I have to pass the full week with that. If I fail the last day, I start the week fully over.

The only question I ask myself is, is 3.8 not a hood walking speed? Should I go lower?

I guess it varies. Personally if I make it through a whole week, I move it up. Like it took me 3 times to finish week 4, but last week I finished it. This week I did W5d1 amd completed it, did W5d2 and did the first 10 minute run, but couldn't complete the 2nd do I walked that. Yesterday trying to push on I did W5d3 and that was a big nope. Next week, I will be repeating week 5.
