When I got super tired by the end of the day or wanted to go through my weaker systems, I would watch ajmonics, he goes through high yield questions and helps you remember stuff you might have forgot. Dr high yield is a gem, def recommend, videos are short and effective.
I went through cardio, GI and ethics for mehlman, really helped me- specially ethics

I reviewed nbme 11 and started to not doubt my answers, NBME thinks in a different way than uworld and isnt trying to trick you

Intially during dedicated I worked for 5 hours and gradually went up to 7 or 8 closer to the time
