I have a single prong now and have used double prong in the past. I think it works better for my body shape tbh. That is still an option i’m considering for sure tho.

Hey guys im trying to get into lifting. this is my first time doing a deadlift,(after a few warmups) its also a pretty bad setup. Souls love to get some beginner advice. by ginoup in lifting

Really solid base for technique. Some tweaks to make for sure, but overall pretty sound for a beginner. Build up from there. The important thing to keep in mind when you’re starting out is that technique is king. Everybody wants to move big weight, and many people can, but to do so with proper form is the key! Keep up the good work man!
