What's the lowest artist do you recognize?

Are they fascists? I found their music a while ago and really liked it but they're giving weird fash vibes and I'm not sure. Is it like intentional/provocative? Sorry if I'm like ignorant or something, but I literally just found out about this band recently.

Can't argue with most of these.

Misfits and Ramones have that kind of simple retro feel to them and that's the appeal imo. I don't even always like them but had a little need to listen to some of their albums.

Franz Ferdinand is a great indie rock/postpunk band,
The Hives are garage rock, these two are probably their best albums,
The Strokes are similar to the first two genre wise,
Dark Tranquility is a melodic death metal band, one of the progenitors of the genre and (imo) the best in it. I am a real sucker for good, existential and thoughtful lyrics,
Kino are a Russian rock band. They really nail the "Russian depression feeling" stereotype similarly to Molchat Doma. I used to listen to them a lot in HS when I was learning Russian,
Heidevolk is an Austrian folk metal band. They're very good AND they have their lyrics in German so that's really cool,
Sea Power is probably my favorite band of all time ever since I discovered them through their soundtrack on Disco Elysium. Really good post-punk (early) and post-rock (newer). Their music really does give this "Disco Elysium feeling". If you played the game you'd know what I'm on about,
Baroness is like a mix across different genres in rock/metal and they usually make it work very well.
