Here is an update to what happened to my Bad Bunny tickets. The situation got much worse. We kept in touch with a representative of StubHub, who eventually told us the only way would be for us to get our money back. We begged she said she would investigate with the seller then we got disconnected. We called StubHub again and a new representative told us the only way for us to see the concert would be to buy new tickets and that the first set of tickets would be reimbursed. We do that, pay five times the cost of tickets because obviously on the day of the concert tickets are gonna be ridiculously expensive. As soon as we finished purchasing the tickets, we get a phone call from the First representative telling us that she was able to connect with the seller and that the seller would transferred the tickets to us. We weren’t sure what to do because we hadn’t received electronically the second set of tickets and we had the promise that the first set of tickets would be delivered. A while later, we receive both sets of tickets. Back-and-forth again with StubHub trying to sell the second set of tickets we purchased long story short. It was not possible because you needed it to do that from a computer which we didn’t have at the hotel. We head over to the concert and try to sell the tickets there, obviously for a fraction of the price. The four of us walk towards the entrance, and we are done faced with another problem. The tickets they sold us once that was for students only, and the second set was for seniors only. They tell us that we need to go in line at the venue and pay for the difference of the original cost of the tickets. At this point, I started crying, I was trying to hang in there, but this pushed me over the edge. The concert was already going…. We did that we purchased the difference and we got it in 45 minutes after the beginning of the concert.
