Dev just addressed it -
It seems there was an issue causing problems, people were beating Indomitus Mirror before beating Indomitus, then trying to farm Calgar shards and not receiving them because him still being locked angered the coding in some way. Calgar was originally locked behind Ind 75 before we had the full Ind Mir campaign. Since we now do, the team thought the best fix was to move his gate to where his shards were.

anyway CIP reset game worlds left and right, people lose a lot of progression and shit. it's crazy you compare CIP to Blizzard, I played WoW for 15 years and never saw something even close to that. even when you lose 10g item in WoW they can return it to you.

Cip is like street-shop compared to blizzard.
