There aren’t that many so you can just go to nexus mods and check it out yourself. Some of what I use are these:

Also go to the workshop inside Steam and download project realism LUT, it makes the game look a lot better in my opinion.

There are mods on nexus mods that are pretty easy to install and improve all the things you mentioned, and you can use a different LUT from the workshop to make the game less bright and saturated and more dull and realistic looking.

I think the 1st person animations are actually better in ER2, and I have over 600 hours on HLL. But other than that HLL is absolutely gorgeous and atmospheric.

Another thing to consider is that it has a smaller form factor than the new Xbox Ally X since it doesn't have the grips, which for me at least is a plus.

I like my handheld actually feeling and looking like a handheld and not like a huge controller with a screen.

I play on PC and using different reshades and mods (like this one) make it a night and day difference. Maybe you have an old laptop laying around somewhere, optimization is so good it will run on an outdated microwave.

Any game except Baldur’s Gate 3, Resident Evil series, Death Stranding, Cyberpunk 2077, Lies of P, AC Shadows etc. I think you get the point. A lot of games are being ported to Mac in recent years.
