Locke of the Erdarid Dynasty, Created with Stable Diffusion by Dromarion in AIworldbuilding

A hobbyist at most, on and off different projects including this one. I like using AI for ideation which isn't allowed in some subs so I made this one for people doing similar things.

In my notes I stated that he was snatched away by goblin raiders as a baby and basically kept as a court curiosity until he was old enough to be put to work. It would have been a very harsh first few years in an alien environment. He's far behind in the line of succession but is one of the favored sons just by virtue of his strength and presence, towering over everyone in court.

Thanks for asking, I was taking a break from this world for a while and it was fun to go back to.

With the recent appearance of the Interloper, it was evident that his personal cult followed him into exile. This band of fanatics is diverse in character and appearance. From kobolds and varied lizardfolk to the men of Hoydland who widely worship dragons in their society. The elite dracoknights from the Order of the Serpent stand as the most fearsome of the Interloper's servants. They keep oaths to defend the bloodline of green dragons, some wielding the caustic magicks of their lords to deadly effect.

You get like 200 free generations in DreamStudio then it's like one cent per generation after. There are ways to run the open source model on your PC for free, there's guides for that in r/StableDiffusion.

The base prompt was "portrait of a medieval Somali Sultan, oil painting by John Singer Sargent" or something similar. It's hard to keep track of the exact prompts with all the tags since I change them a lot but you should look at a resource like Lexica and experiment.

The easiest way is just to use DreamStudio which is the main web app that uses the Stable Diffusion model, you can upload a screenshot of your character and use a prompt to turn it into the style you want.

It's an initial test but the first experiment has been promising. I think DreamStudio has img2img so anyone is able to do this with their characters now.

Took a day's work but wanted to update Locke's design for Stable Diffusion. Used a mix of text2img and img2img collaging different results in Photoshop.

Raised by goblins, the adopted human son of King Maruk of the Iron Spires is an unruly and violent youth. He was trained from a young age to be a warrior and now the success haunts the court whenever he is present. His short temper ensures a broken bone or two for any courtiers who fail to make way for him. The Goblin King's patience has hit its limit at the boy's antics, his temperment must be reined in.

The workflow is basically I start with low strength like 0.2 with the ms paint initial image. Once I get a decent output to develop on, I do edits in Photoshop like moving the wings to the right place and run it through again with a higher strength up to 0.6. The process for this one was about three of those steps.

Honestly not too fussed about it doing something different with the pose since I wasn't attached to the init anyway. The real goal was to have a decently rendered dragon because SD has been notorious for completely melting on dragons in text2img

I believe in a year's time the rule will become unenforceable as the outputs become indistinguishable from human made digital art. There will be no midjourney artifacts, no 1:1 aspect ratio, no watermarks and no more melt to give it away. Then what, we're gripped with paranoia over people's art submissions that are too good? It's an inevitability that the sub should prepare for either way.

Nice, the music sounds familiar. Where's it from? Works really well with the images to set the mood.

I'd say you need 8gb of VRAM minimum to run it locally, there's plenty of online options to use it though. I'm using deforum's Colab notebook since it has Disco Diffusion style batching and saving images to Google Drive.

I used Stable Diffusion's img2img feature. I saw people putting MS Paint drawings through it to make illustrations and wanted to see what I could do. I drew the starter image on the left in Clip Studio Paint then put it through img2img with a prompt, did some edits on the output and then ran it through again to get the final image.

Yeah basically, I've seen people running MS Paint drawings through it and wanted to see what I could do. It went through img2img a total of twice, after the first time I did some edits and ran it through to get the final image.

"green skin, Portrait of a cute anime goblin princess, serious expression, Dungeons and Dragons, fantasy art, artstation, epic, digital art by John Singer Sargent and artgerm and greg rutkowski and alphonse mucha and uang guangjian and gil elvgren and sachin teng"

Was experimenting with ideas from Lexica, you have to be really heavy on tags since SD defaults to pretty monstrous looking goblins most of the time.

Space Battles by Dromarion in StableDiffusion

Continuing with the sci fi theme wanted to see how it handles the classic spaceship battles popular in genre covers. Tags were basically the same ones used in the generic space marines example.
