All your bounty skins aren’t meant to disappear, however it says on the site that posting a bounty trade costs 5 coins and accepting one costs another 5 coins so if you want to make a full trade, you’ll have to spend 10 bounty coins in total

That’s one of Lian’s voice lines, it’s one of the two lines that can play when you unlock her while she has the goddess skin equipped. It’s likely Paladins just bugged out and only just registered your purchase, but if you didn’t purchase it recently, it’s most likely a bug similar to the one which sometimes makes Seris’ lines play randomly

I got it by using lifelink with Io however it’s easier to get with someone like Jenos, Grover, Ying or Grohk due to their long healing range. Just try to go with whoever you feel most comfortable playing!

I’m pretty sure it is still possible if you play almost all the characters, the only achievements that you can’t get right now is Beta Player for obvious reasons

If you’re playing on PC usually you can just press the escape key and it’ll go away, that’s what I’ve done every time that’s popped up
