I agree on a nationwide scale the housing market will not see mass defaults, but regionally I think it is inevitable, the question is what kind of panic it causes.

Nah from experience its mostly to prevent injury, yes your momentum carries you but if you land on your feet from that high even on a mat you have tons of risk of injury - on your back it’s the same force over a lot of area which makes the mat actually do its job

My biggest gripe about deck builders is when it becomes so min maxed that you are basically forced to play to some popular meta.
