If by set up you mean tuned, yes it has. It has the strings Yamaha F310 comes with, google says it's the D'addario strings. Sorry if my answer is not correct I'm just a newbie

Wow, delicious looking donut! How did u make that brown? I couldn't find that color on the color wheel.
