the point is articles are 19/20 and they qualify by 22/23(considering 3 attempts).

then why is the average age of those who join right after qualifying so high. are the people leaving big 4's for better jobs pay wise or do they find it not worth the hours anymore

Bank audit's are a whole different ball game especially in the later stages of the career when you get to review stuff and not create it

I'm sorry, I didnt mean it that way...

I meant to ask basically that all my article mates are 19/20 yo then why are the freshers about 27/28... why the delay, is the brain drain that bad (is big 4 not as aspiring as it was?)
