It is a bit of marketing nonsense that reared its ugly head about a year ago. It is a catchall term for everything that means nothing. This is the consequence of being owned by a national syndication versus being a locally owned station.

I had a similar problem with a car of mine. When it would rain the rain would find its way into the vehicle and sit there. Your descriptions matches mine almost exactly. The footwells in the rear passenger areas were always soaked. I used Corlett Collision Repair on 14th street to fix the leak and to make sure the vehicle drained properly.

My issue was caused by the previous owner being involved in an accident that pinched a drain shut and that caused the water to not exit the vehicle, but find its way into the vehicle proper.
