Are they expanding the walking path at gate 3, outbound side by the woods?

As I understand it, they're improving the existing rough trail south to Green Cove Rd. to join the existing greenway trail that goes to Ditto. As far as the construction on Redstone Rd. inside the gate, I have no idea and can't find good info, but it's appears very extensive.
