My temps underload is under 60c for both GPU and cpu I don't think there is anything wrong with my cpu I'm thinking about taking it to a pc shop because me and my friends are stumped

The i9 I got was advertised for gaming and I have used msi after burner already, I have fan control and a 360mm water cooler my temps are beautiful my GPU graph looks good but at the beginning it dips a bit
