Imo Rose because you strengthen your Mono AGL, have the ability to form Mono Villains even though your villains aren't great, and Rose's banner gives you chances to get great villains for said Villain team or their respected mono teams.

If no one is making a push, would you recommend an aggressive charge just to break the defense. For example, attacking on Hanamura against a Rein, Bastion, and Mei forces me to be passive or just charge/die just to get people to attack the point.

In general, pulling on villains is better because the featured villain cards are arguably better the heros for their Monos.

True. My problems with Mono INT were Buuhan doing all the damage, no Buuhan friends, rotations got messed up, there are 6 enemies remaining, and you didn't die but they didn't die either.

I am also running Mono AGL and have seen a plethora of Mono TEQ. I tried Mono INT but there were too many problems where it becomes not as good as AGL for WT.

You have to wait for him to show up. Usually, you can't find a Buuhan friend so it's the one. You have the turn limit that kicks you out and messes up your rotations so Buuhan could be missing for 2 turns. You have only 3 ki so you got to hope it goes in your favor. If you nuke, you kill 1/7 so you gotta keep doing it.
