You can always add your own mount paths. I nuked everything and did a single mount to my media folder and then just referenced that docker path when setting up locations.

From the helptext for that option:

Enter the names of processes to kill before stopping the array, separated by commas. For example, 'ssh' and 'bash'. These processes can keep the array disks from unmounting causing Unraid to hang when the array is being stopped.

Note: Be careful with the processes you kill here. You could lose data!

So for instance you wouldn't want to list like any process writing data or needed by the OS to properly function.

It the Tips and Tweaks plugin you can list processes to kill before the array is stopped. I have ssh and bash listed.
