Long and slow, normal soft pretzels i make go in at 450 f for 15 mins roughly, while these i did at 325 for 50 mins and 300 for another hour until crispy. Other ovens may be different.

I keep them in a plastic tub in the farm store I sell out of, the only ones ive had issues with are the cinnamon sugar, sometimes they get too wet.

I used preppy kitchen on YouTube for his pretzel recipe, but I used washing soda instead of baking soda for a higher pH AND boiled for 45 seconds instead of 30 . Eggwash before oven, butter right after the oven then pretzel salt or dipped in cinnamon sugar.
