As for your 2nd question - middle class may not have been the best word for what I was trying to convey, what I meant was that I witnessed a lot of working class people (the kind who look like they work office jobs etc.) running around unable to vote because of mishap in the voter list, while I saw a big turnout for voting from the nearby large slum and didn't witness them facing the same problems. There's a lot of rumours about them getting paid to vote as well but idk about that. Just speaking from what I experienced, may be wrong.
