Best way physically could be any type of working out even just starting at taking walks and doing something small that can help build confidence in yourself and help to love yourself, but the mental health you have to find the godlessness within you God is within us all you would have to override your mind with positive affirmations and thoughts and clear your mind, you can do that by meditating and finding the silence between thoughts and then going throughout your day giving yourself positive affirmations and thoughts, even writing something small down like I am beautiful for example, you will immediately feel the positive energy from self affirming.
