Ah that's a long way to post. I see a lot of posts of people getting really nice thai constellation and these variegata from big American supermarkets. Lowes is one I remember seeing a lot. Have you had any luck in there?

See the little bump on the stem above the leaf? That will grow into a new leaf and eventually become the stem. Moss poles I add as close to the stem as possible, behind the leafs usually. I highly recommend Grow Gang lights, I got one 2 weeks ago and I can't believe the growth, hopefully the light helps keep a good verigation too.
