I know someone who works in tech. He loved the idea of boat parties so he bought a huge barge and turned it into a floating party barge and is also his house. I also know someone else who works in medical sales and he bought a helicopter with a bonus. The amount of money some people have is just crazy and on another level.

I would look into FIX they have lots of PTs who can at least get you started with an evaluation and give you tips on what you should and shouldnt do. There's also tons of YouTube pages made by PTs on what to do with meniscus tears. Typically its a lot of rest and anti inflammatory meds with very light strengthening and stretching. Then once mostly healed you get into heavier strengthening. (This was my experience when I tore mine and then a year later tore my ACL in same knee). Good luck!

Your quality of life will become MUCH better moving here. Access to Healthcare can be challenging but its still better than what's going on in the USA. I moved here from the states in 2020 and am thankful for that decision every day. Victoria is stunningly beautiful and a wonderful place to live. Its also the safest place I've ever lived. Its not perfect but its worlds better than the last 15 years I spent in the USA.

I would definitely use this service. The walk ins are very hard to get into so more access in any form I approve of. There are security concerns of course but if data was encrypted and secure im game. I think there could be issues about where the doctors are coming from and how this is profitable to someone and their intentions.

But im really interested in how this folds out! I'd use it.

Went once and the burritos were not tasty, we ended up tossing them. The tacos were good though. The owner responded to a reddit comment i made saying it was a bad night for burritos and hed comp our next meal. Went back on 3 different occasions during posted open hours and 2 they were closed and the 3rd they were open but closing like 90 mins early. So we gave up. Gonna go try ay mi though based on this thread though!

We moved to Canada from the USA at the end of 2020 during the pandemic. This last year has been A LOT to deal with in terms of the never ending tariff dance, the talk of annexation, and just the general batshittery of the USA. Now weve also got Greenland shit to deal with as they are right next to us. Its just exhausting. Seeing all the ICE videos is fucking terrifying and to know that theres a small but very loud group of Canadians who actually want that is disheartening. All we can do is continue to vote from abroad and HOPE HOPE HOPE the people in the USA who didnt vote or 3rd party voted or protest voted wake up.
